Greenshift's Ag Techs “Agriculture Technicians” help bring this process to life and empower our brand. The ideal candidate should be motivated, organized, dependable as well as passionate about their work. Working knowledge in cultivation of any type is preferred though not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent the brand in a positive and compliant manner while providing excellent care to each and every plant.
- Work in team environment to maintain and organize day to day operations
- Handling plants throughout all growth phases. Transplanting seedlings, filling pots with soil, routine IPM, plant defoliation & trimming of final cured flowers.
- Routine monitoring & recording of environmental data, plant growth profile, water soil saturation etc. Into our METRC tracking system.
- Keep all areas of the garden clean and clutter free throughout the day. Including cleaning & sanitizing all equipment used in the facility.
- Stay current on product and cannabis related information
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 21 years or older and be able to pass a background check
- 2 or more proven years of prior professional experience.
- Ability to communicate professionally & effectively.
- Basic computer & mobile phone application skills for data recording.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while in the Greenshift environment and representing our brand.
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach and move about the facility with the ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs.
